We are seeking a high energy, detail oriented, self-motivated, sales driven, and highly professional individual who can take our company to the next level. This position works at our office in Crestview, FL.
The Customer Service Representative has variety of responsibilities.
- Identifying What Services Customers Need and Providing a Plan/ Estimate
- Scheduling Service
- Data Entry
- Providing Reports to Management
- Outbound Calls to Customers and Staff
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide information about products or services, including pricing, features, and availability.
- Assist customers with account-related questions, order processing, and troubleshooting.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, aiming for first-call resolution.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or management as needed.
- Document interactions and resolutions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
