Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Aqua Pro Water Systems. Our company sells, builds, installs, and maintains water filtration equipment such as water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, chemical filtration systems, well water filtration systems, and more. This position involves being in the office daily to make outgoing phone calls and take incoming phone calls, as well as providing the utmost level of customer support and technical knowledge. The ideal candidate for our customer service representative role will provide exceptional support and ensure a positive experience for our customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction through kindness and understanding, effective communication, and problem-solving skills.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Analyze customer inquiries to determine the best course of action for resolution.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Gain the knowledge to help customers troubleshoot minor issues with their water filtration equipment, and then if unable to resolve the issue, schedule the customer for the proper appointment to have their equipment serviced in a timely manner.
- Engage in outbound calling to maintain our schedule and ensure annual/preventative maintenance for our customers.
- Assist in client services by addressing concerns and providing information about products or services.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette during all interactions.
- Speak to customers about billing and invoicing, as well as take payments over the phone and explain details of their invoice.
Skills
- At least 1 year of Service Titan (computer software to maintain records, schedule appointments, and interact with customers) experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions.
- Proficient in data entry and computerised systems for managing customer information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear interactions with customers.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse clientele.
- Experience in outbound calling is beneficial for proactive customer engagement.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of local geography (Florida Panhandle, South Georgia) to ensure efficiency in scheduling/dispatching
