**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Trail Project Manager Resource Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will assist the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests in implementing Great American Outdoors Act Funding designated to reduce deferred maintenance on non-motorized trails across the zone.
**Responsibilities:
- Assist in trail surveying, developing a plan for trail work, and guiding Conservation Corp crews to complete identified tasks
- Coordinate with Lakeside Volunteer Trail Group, TRACKS to identify trail needs not yet noted by Forest Service
- Perform independent trail work and light maintenance
**Requirements:**
- Experience in trail maintenance and proper trail construction, such as a season or more with a conservation corps or youth trail crew
- Valid driver's license and be insurable by Conservation Legacy
**Benefits:**
