Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide timely, actionable insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy
- Work with Sales leadership to design and implement custom reports that align with business objectives and key performance indicators
- Provide ad-hoc reporting support to the Sales team as needed
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements, leveraging automation where possible
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to design and optimize sales processes that improve efficiency and drive better outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role within a recurring revenue business
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, including report/dashboard creation and customization
- Experience with sales process optimization, quota and compensation planning, territory planning, and enablement
- Strong proficiency with sales engagement platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach/Salesloft or similar tools
- Ability to analyze and interpret sales data to provide actionable insights
