This Role Is for Operators Who Build
We’re hiring a General Manager to work directly with company leadership across sales, marketing, fulfillment, and customer retention. This role is not about micromanaging teams — it’s about aligning strategy, building systems, and driving performance through intelligent coordination and accountability.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Fulfillment Coordination
Ensure cleanings are scheduled and delivered seamlessly by optimizing routes, staffing, and workflows.
- System Development
Create and refine SOPs, process flows, and internal playbooks across all departments.
- KPI Tracking & Reporting
Build dashboards, track core metrics, analyze data trends, and identify high-leverage opportunities.
- Team Support & Hiring
Recruit and onboard talent while supporting sales and tech teams through smart scheduling and field strategies.
- CRM & Customer Marketing Oversight
Oversee follow-up automation, review generation, referral programs, and social media content coordination.
- Strategic Scaling
Collaborate with leadership to test, refine, and implement expansion strategies — with franchising as the endgame.
