Summary
Premier, financial firm seeks an experienced legal administrator to join its Legal & Compliance department. The role provides broad exposure to the firm’s activities and offers the opportunity to work in an inclusive, collaborative, and engaging environment.
What you’ll do day-to-day
Your responsibilities will include preparing formation documents and filings for legal entities, managing relationships with legal service providers in multiple jurisdictions, supervising legal invoice processing, managing the firm’s legal entity information database, and working with technology development professionals to enhance our legal administrative processes. In this role, you’ll also work closely with a small team based in our London and India offices.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
Candidates should have a record of academic and professional achievement and at least five years of legal administrative or similar experience at a law firm, asset management firm, hedge fund, or investment bank.
Experience forming and maintaining legal entities and using Computershare’s Global Entity Management System (GEMS) is a decided plus.
Seeking applicants with excellent analytical and communication abilities, an especially keen eye for detail, impressive organizational and project management acumen, and the ability to take initiative and drive projects to completion.
The expected annual base salary for this position is $150,000.00-$170,000.00, plus bonus. Their compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
