Seeking a dynamic Human Resources professional to join our team and play a key role key on driving HR results within our HR Team.
Working in a professional office setting with an employee population of approximately 500, the selected individual will be a key team member on a team of 5 HR professionals
Reporting to, and with the support of, the Director of Human Resources, this position offers more than usual autonomy and latitude to be involved in a highly visible position. You will enjoy taking responsibility as we help deliver HR solutions to the organization.
Qualified candidates will bring:
- 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication skills, sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Strong relationship management skills, with an ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, both across HR and the organization at all levels
- Bachelor's degree with additional training/certifications preferred
- Desire to learn, grow, achieve and win
- Positive can-do attitude will be needed - we are a can-do team
Base salary $70-75k with scheduled increases, along with medical, dental, 401(k) with Company match 4 weeks paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick time and more.
