General Summary :
The Accounting Support Specialist reports to the Assistant Controller and CFO. This position will perform accounting functions as listed below and assist the accounting department with projects as presented.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities :
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Billing
- Refund Processing
- Manage Client Bank Accounts
- Create Monthly Reconciliation Reports
- Coordinate and / or assist with special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned.

High School education required.Associates Degree preferred or a minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experienceProficient in word and excelAttention to detailTime managementOral and written communication skillsPhysical and Mental Abilities :
Ability to perform sedentary work for extended periods of time.The environment in which the incumbent will work requires the ability to concentrate, meet deadlines, work on several projects during the same period, and adapt to interruptions.Benefits :
