This position is responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, performing bank reconciliations, and maintaining the general ledger. The specialist will also oversee wire transfers and check processing, ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial regulations. Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

- Certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable, payroll and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are recorded in the general ledger.
- Manage wire transfers and check processing, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Conduct account reconciliations to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare and submit travel and expense reports, ensuring adherence to company guidelines.
