Job Summary:
The primary responsibility of the Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) for CAS is to represent CAS in communications and interactions with clients and participants over the phone and in writing. The Bilingual CSR supports the CAS team with various account management activities, administrative functions, and special projects. This team member is an integral part of CAS providing superior service to our clients and participants.
Minimum Requirements:
· High School Diploma or equivalent, associate's degree preferred
· Bilingual required
· Two years of customer service-related experience preferred; Benefits related experience preferred
· Intermediate experience with Microsoft word, excel, outlook and data-entry, e-mail management, and file management
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others
