Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain environmental compliance programs to meet federal, state, and local regulations.
- Serve as the primary contact for regulatory agencies (EPA, MDE) and coordinate inspections and permit renewals.
- Oversee air quality testing, wastewater sampling, and compliance audits.
- Conduct EH&S training and lead safety initiatives with station staff and contractors.
- Manage EHS-related budgets, contractors, and consultants.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports and records to regulatory agencies.
- Investigate incidents and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
