Summary :
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Production Floor Supervisor to join our team. As the Production Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the shop floor operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. You will work closely with the production team, ensuring that all production targets are met, and quality standards are maintained.
Reports to : Facility Manager
Minimum Qualifications :
- 2 years of experience in electrical assembly
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in a production / manufacturing setting
- Skilled use of various types of equipment in the shop
- Proficient use of a tape measure
- Ability to read various types of drawings

Working Conditions :
This is a warehouse work environment which may include lifting, standing and possible extreme heat / cold conditions. You will work around electricity and other potential hazards requiring appropriate safety equipment and practices at all times.
