Job Overview
Consolidated Facility Services is seeking an enthusiastic and trainable Project/Contract Manager to oversee janitorial services at Birmingham Airport. This role is ideal for individuals with 1-4 years of experience who are eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in a dynamic environment. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in supervising staff, ensuring quality service, and fostering positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager in managing daily operations, ensuring client satisfaction and high-quality service delivery.
• Conduct routine facility inspections to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Train and coach employees on proper equipment use and cleaning procedures.
• Support staffing needs, including recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling.
• Build strong client relationships by addressing concerns and providing excellent service.
• Maintain supply inventory and assist with ordering as needed.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of reports and other operational documentation.
• Take on project work and other assignments as directed by the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1-4 years in facility and janitorial operations, management, or service-based role janitorial experience is a plus.
• Skills: Willingness to learn, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Attitude: Positive, coachable, and eager to grow within the company.
• Requirements: Must pass a background check.
