Consolidated Management is hiring for a Food Service Director at the Harvey County Jail
If you’re tired of your current restaurant job & you have some cooking skills (being a great cook at home works too), this is a job for you!
Great Wages & Benefits (we pay for experience)
No late nights or early mornings (shifts are usually 9am - 630pm)
Able to work weekends when needed
Time in the afternoon to take extended breaks to take care of personal things
Very low, to no stress work environment
Food Service Director responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing a team
- Scheduling labor
- Controlling profit and loss
- Maintaining inventory
- Ordering food and supplies
- Cooking daily meals
- Building rapport with the client
Minimum Qualifications:
- Prior management experience in the food service industry is preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Use of commercial kitchen equipment
- Ability to follow a recipe and standardized menu
- Basic computer skills
- Available to work weekends and holidays when needed
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
