We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Diesel Shop Manager to oversee daily operations in our shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining an organized and efficient work environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily shop activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to foster a productive team environment.
• Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships to ensure the shop is well-stocked.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Provide excellent service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring driver satisfaction.
• Monitor financial performance, including sales tracking and expense management.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote shop services and increase customer engagement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and DOT regulations.
