What are the responsibilities and job description for the Safety Coordinator position at Consolidated Resource?
Consolidated Resource and its Affiliates are actively seeking an entry to mid-level field safety coordinator to join our team primarily throughout the Colorado and Wyoming areas to support our oil & gas, civil construction, and fabrication operations.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving health and safety performance and compliance with applicable regulations and company standards and contributing to an environment where employee health and safety is preserved. You will have the leadership, responsibility, authority, and knowledge necessary to develop and implement site-specific Health & Safety Plans and promote a safe working culture. You will be required to provide basic environmental, health and safety support to jobsite management in controlling workplace injury, illness, and environmental harm. Support and enforce regulatory laws, company, and client standards in an effort to maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
1) Coach, Train, Develop and Foster a safe working culture within the organizations and their employees.
a) Ensure all employees are trained properly.
b) Maintain all employee training records in an orderly fashion.
c) Monitor and maintain all employee certifications and records through the training matrix.
d) Work with team leaders to schedule training in an effective manner.
e) Foster PEC trainings internally and externally within the organization.
f) Monitor and update TPA programs as needed to always ensure customer compliance.
g) Schedule and complete regular training as required with the teams. (weekly, Monthly, Annually )
h) Coordinate the completion of new employee safety trainings and requirements.
i) Monitor and promote the behavioral based safety program.
2) Ensure compliance with safety and environment guidelines, policies, and regulations.
a) Work with the employees and team leaders to improve policies and procedures.
b) Investigate accidents to identify causes or to determine how such accidents might be prevented in the future.
c) Recommend measures to help protect workers from potentially hazardous work methods, processes, or materials.
d) Inspect and evaluate workplace environments, equipment, or practices to ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations.
e) Complete and document regular safety equipment inspections as required.
f) Conduct facility inspections and audits.
g) Collect all safety documents and maintain a clean organized manor that can be always accessible.
h) Assist the area manager with daily admin duties as needed.
3) Assist in the monitoring of DOT compliance.
a) Coordinate the completion of Annual vehicle/equipment inspections with the designated mechanic and or area manager!
b) Enforce completion of maintenance in relevance to safety concerns when DVIRS and EQIRS completed to ensure a safe working fleet at all times.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
