Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales person with water works knowledge to join our team. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between branch outside salespeople and customers, utilizing quality sales techniques and customer service skills to meet and exceed customer expectations via phone, email, or in person at the branch.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a variety of customer service functions including writing and coordinating customer orders and credits for delivery or will call.
- Offer product specifications and application assistance to customers.
