Overview
Reporting to the Director, Custom Solutions and Integrations, the Systems Administrator / Analyst is a member of the Custom Solutions and Integrations Team within the department of Data Strategy and Innovation. Data Strategy and Innovation is dedicated to housing, managing, analyzing and disseminating information and data to inform University Advancement strategy, as well as fostering strong relationships with donors, volunteers and campus partners and promoting effective integration.
The Systems Administrator / Analyst is responsible for supporting the Office of Advancement through the implementation and maintenance of the Salesforce platforms, serving as the primary system administrator. The administrator will work closely with subject matter experts, business analysts, and technical staff to identify, develop and deploy new business processes and maintain user security.
Responsibilities
Platform Administration
- Serve as the primary system administrator for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM platforms.
- Manage Salesforce configuration changes, including but not limited to flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Work with a diverse group of business partners and team members on business requirements and solutioning.
- Work with team members to integrate Salesforce with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and integration points.
- Assist with the configuration and implementation of third-party systems.
