Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
