**Job Description**
As the Maintenance & Technical Instructor - Lead, you will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that support the success of our team members. You will work closely with instructors and other staff to ensure that our training programs are effective, high-quality, and aligned with our business objectives.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop, schedule, coordinate, and conduct performance-based training programs as required by user community in accordance with Exelon's TSD model, department procedures, and with proper application of the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation phases.
- Conduct counseling sessions for trainees, evaluate the results, and recommend/develop individualized training programs.
- Assure the training programs are maintained current and incorporate information gained from INPO Significant Operating Experience Reports and Exelon NERs, NRC Circulars, Bulletins, and Information Notices, plant design change and backfit information, plant procedure changes and revisions, new regulations, and training effectiveness reports.
**Qualifications**
The ideal candidate will have:
- ~7 years of nuclear technical background OR ~3 years in training/education ~ 8 years of nuclear power plant technical experience in the applicable discipline instruction OR ~8 years in training/education
