To succeed in this role, you should possess an associate's degree in science/engineering or education/training WITH 4 years related industry experience/technical background or a bachelor's degree in education/training WITH 2 years' teaching experience. For the Sr Ops Training Instructor position, you will need a previous or current senior reactor operator license OR An SRO Certification WITH 4 years of related industry experience AND 6 months of proven teaching in Licensed Operator Requal Training (LORT) or Initial License Trainee (ILT). You must also have at least 6 years of commercial nuclear power plant training experience. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of plant operations, disciplinary skills, and techniques, commensurate with the responsibility to develop and conduct effective, high-quality training.
