The Senior Reactor Operator Training Program Manager will oversee the training and qualification process for Senior Reactor Operators. This includes completion of the Fundamentals Phase, Simulator Certification, and attainment of NRC SRO License. The successful candidate will also be responsible for directing Reactor Operators in controlling plant operations, Equipment Operators in field operations, procedure use and tagging evolutions.
- Authorizing maintenance and testing activities
- Implementing Emergency Operating procedures and responding to emergency or abnormal conditions
- Evaluating and responding to issues, findings, open items, and requests originating internally and externally from the organization
