About the Role
This position plays a critical role in ensuring the safe operation of a nuclear reactor facility. As a Radiation Protection Supervisor, you will be responsible for directing the Radiation Protection Technicians in implementing decontamination, instrumentation, planning, and scheduling procedures.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and state requirements
- Develop and implement budgets, business plans, and projects
- Directly supervise Laborers/RPTs who perform routine plant cleaning and plant, equipment, and tool decontamination
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in radiation protection at a nuclear reactor facility
- SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF CORE SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS
- BASIC COMPUTER SKILLS
