As a key member of our operations, you'll be responsible for directing Radiation Protection Technicians in implementing decontamination, instrumentation, planning, and scheduling procedures. This includes ensuring compliance with regulatory and state requirements, interfacing with Plant Staff and regulators, and managing daily supervision, monitoring, and coaching of employees. Additionally, you'll be responsible for day-to-day management of the functional Radiation Protection program, budget management, and developing business plans and projects.
