**Driving Performance and Innovation**
As the Site Chemistry Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing all functions related to Chemistry and Radioactive Waste management. You will ensure that chemistry programs required to protect critical plant assets are effectively implemented and provide station leadership and advocacy for chemistry and radioactive waste performance.
**Your Key Contributions**
- Drive department and station performance as a station leader and peer group member
- Supervise and mentor direct reports and coach department members
- Develop and maintain aggressive performance plans and goals
- Oversee contracts, including full-time contractors, for radioactive waste management, raw water chemical treatment and control, makeup water processing, and other chemistry sampling and analysis responsibilities
