Hospice Office Volunteer
We are looking for eager volunteers to help support our hospice office team. Volunteers will assist with much needed office tasks such assembling admission packets, copying, and scanning. We provide training, diligently practice infection control measures, and will provide PPE.
Volunteers Needed in the following arears out of our Norwalk Branch:
- Norwalk area
Requirements:
- 18 years old
- Able to commit for one year to our program
- Ability to listen deeply, interest in and compassion for others, good boundaries and self care, meet people where they’re at in energy and tone
- Online training takes ~ 20 hours and is personally enriching, focusing on personal death awareness and hospice philosophy
- No close death in the last year
