Primary Purpose Of Position
The Manager, Talent Acquisition � Early Talent is an integral member of our Talent Acquisition team. This role will manage and develop a team of Early Talent recruiters in a highly complex and high-volume recruiting environment in order to deliver quality candidates for our internship program. The Manager, Talent Acquisition will engage and partner with the COE leads including Workforce Development to ensure a seamless recruiting process and excellent overall candidate experience. Additionally, this role will ensure processes and procedures are developed, implemented, understood, and followed. The Manager, Talent Acquisition leads the development and execution of the Talent Acquisition trainings for the Talent Acquisition team. This includes the creation of off the shelf trainings, troubleshooting, and being lead point of contact for technology initiatives within Talent Acquisition.

Primary Duties And Accountabilities
- Manage strategic sourcing partnerships, such as university, technical school, and diversity & military organizations.
- Work with business leaders and early career stakeholders to ensure the most critical business demand needs are mapped appropriately to early career pipelines.
- Analyze hiring results, metrics and trends to manage performance of team and individuals.
- Produce accurate and useful reports for clients. Based on data, make appropriate recommendations to shift resources or relationships accordingly.
- Provide clear and supportive direction, develop team member skill sets, and direct staff performance with Early Talent Acquisition team. Participate in career development and succession planning processes.
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant recruiting procedures and practices in compliance with State and Federal laws and regulations, as well as Company policies and procedures.
- Identifies and oversee continuous improvement opportunities by reviewing the current practices and create plans to ensure standardization and improvements to meet defined quality standards.
- Creates and administers trainings related to talent acquisition process and technologies such as ATS, CRM, video interviewing, and scheduling along with other technologies that reside within Talent Acquisition.
- Develops, tracks, and maintains enterprise-wide recruitment training program metrics.
- Bachelor's degree and 8 years' work experience recruiting interns and early talent, or in lieu of degree, minimum of twelve years work experience recruiting interns and early talent.
- 2 years of management experience with demonstrated success in performance management and employee development.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service while maintaining discipline and focus.
- Experience in managing data, generating reports, measuring key metrics and performing data analytics.
- Strong interpersonal skills as well as proven external representation skills for outreach activities.
- Strong ability to operate independently.
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a team environment, collaborating with others to achieve common goals.
- Strong knowledge of the external sourcing process including internet recruiting and candidate sourcing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Workforce planning experience.

- Prior experience with the iCIMS applicant tracking systems.
