Overview
P&C- This position sits within our People and Culture (P&C) division which is responsible for developing, planning, and coordinating human resources.
The Talent Acquisition Consultant 1 is an integral member of the Talent Acquisition team responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles, including some technical positions. This individual builds candidate pipelines, collaborates with hiring managers, and ensures a smooth and engaging experience for candidates. The role is focused on execution, strong communication, and developing consultative skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a mix of role types, including some technical and high-volume positions.
- Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process—from requisition to offer and onboarding.
- Source candidates using a range of methods: job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, networking, and ATS.
- Support hiring managers by reviewing job descriptions and developing effective sourcing strategies.
- Maintain detailed documentation of recruitment activities to ensure compliance.
- Represent the company brand and values to prospective candidates.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with People & Culture Team and other business leaders to help meet hiring needs across multiple teams.
- Convey core values and promote the ConstructConnect brand to internal candidates and external talent.
- As a member of the P&C Team; participate in project work, process improvement initiatives and other duties as needed.

Qualifications
- 1–3 years of recruiting experience, with exposure to technical and/or high-volume roles.
- Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of experience OR Associate’s degree with 2–4 years OR High School Diploma with 3 years.
- Understanding of recruitment practices, sourcing strategies, and employment law.
- Experience with iCIMS or other Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.
- The physical activities of this position include frequent sitting, telephone communication, working on a computer for extended periods of time. Visual acuity is required to perform activities close to the eyes.
- This position is a hybrid position and team members are expected to have a dedicated and established remote workspace.
- Ability to work hybrid in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Area.
