We are seeking a detail-oriented TEAM player to join our growing team in our new office location.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process/Follow Through with Construction Contracts: Federal and Local HUD Section 3, CHRO Compliance, benefit reports, certified payroll, some insurance/OCIP/CCIP, and knowledge of AIA billing/waivers helpful.
  • Closeouts, warranties, and keeping MJL up to date.
  • Pulling COIs, processing credit apps, and prequals.
  • Willingness to learn any new reports required by our GC's.
  • Audit & manage weekly pre-payroll, experience with Paylocity a plus.
  • Must be tech-savvy and able to navigate through many website portals.
  • Working knowledge of Outlook, proper responses to emails, and set reminders.
  • Work with as a TEAM, assisting the office with various tasks.
  • Order office/other supplies.
  • This is not a remote position.

-QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient with MS Office (Especially Excel).
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new processes.
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to work as a TEAM and accept direction from supervisor(s).
  • Must be able to take on a new task and complete it within a possible deadline.
  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Previous experience in construction.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
