What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator - Construction position at Construction Company?
We are seeking a detail-oriented TEAM player to join our growing team in our new office location.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process/Follow Through with Construction Contracts: Federal and Local HUD Section 3, CHRO Compliance, benefit reports, certified payroll, some insurance/OCIP/CCIP, and knowledge of AIA billing/waivers helpful.
- Closeouts, warranties, and keeping MJL up to date.
- Pulling COIs, processing credit apps, and prequals.
- Willingness to learn any new reports required by our GC's.
- Audit & manage weekly pre-payroll, experience with Paylocity a plus.
- Must be tech-savvy and able to navigate through many website portals.
- Working knowledge of Outlook, proper responses to emails, and set reminders.
- Work with as a TEAM, assisting the office with various tasks.
- Order office/other supplies.
- This is not a remote position.

- Proficient with MS Office (Especially Excel).
- Ability to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Organized with the ability to prioritize.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to work as a TEAM and accept direction from supervisor(s).
- Must be able to take on a new task and complete it within a possible deadline.
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role.
- Previous experience in construction.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
