- Help manage subcontractor paperwork and ensure compliance with project requirements
- Prepare and organize project-related correspondence and reports
- Support daily office operations and team coordination
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Construction industry experience is a plus but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
