Bastion Builders is seeking a highly skilled and reliable Experienced HOD Carrier to join our expanding construction team. This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, extensive experience in concrete and/or CMU materials, and a willingness to travel where the job takes you. This position starts with a 45 day paid training period that will be split between Helena, Mt and the Salt Lake City Area.

- Assist masons and bricklayers by carrying bricks, blocks, and other necessary materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Operate printing equipment to produce high-quality materials
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Assist with other tasks as needed on the construction site
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a hod carrier or in a similar role
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials
- Knowledge of construction site safety regulations
- Experience operating printing equipment is a plus
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
