Responsibilities :
- Read and interpret drawings and project specifications
- Survey / Quantify materials / assemblies from drawings
- Knowledge of takeoff and estimating software
- Organize quantity takeoffs
- Capable of structural / civil estimates at DD / CD
- Contact / Follow up with subcontractors for pricing input
- Capable to present estimates
- Technical specs knowledge
- Meet deadline challenges
- Ability to work on major estimating efforts
- Develop estimate reports / clarifications
