Full Charge Bookkeeper

Full charge bookkeeper. Some construction experience a plus but not required. Must have bookkeeping experience.

Responsibilities:

• Payroll once per week (70 employees)
• Payroll taxes
• Posting and paying all invoices and bills - AP and AR
• Bank reconciliation
• Job costings
• Quarterly taxes

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working a Bookkeeper
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Willing to work in office full time
• Able to work M-F from 8:30-5pm
• Previous experience with bookkeeping in the construction industry is a big plus
