What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at Construction Inc.?
Growing Drywall Sub-Contractor is seeking an experienced Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant. We seek individuals who want to grow within our company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide support to several departments
- Answer phones and direct calls
- Clerical work such as filing, copying, collating, and binding
- Contract administration (Insurance request, preliminary notices, & prequalification’s)
- Interacting with managers, employees, and some vendors
- Monthly Invoicing, billing, bank reconciliation, job releases
- Data entry such as vendor invoices, receipts, payments, etc.
- Scheduling and cancelling job equipment as needed
- Obtain and/or renew business licenses
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work under pressure
- Computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
- QuickBooks knowledge is a must (at least 3 years)
- Ability to be on time to work
- Good phone etiquette
- Positive, helpful attitude
EDUCATION:
-High school diploma

WORK SCHEDULE:
- Ideal hours would be Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Preferred)
- QuickBooks: 3 years (Required)
