Mobile Concrete Mixer Operator - Construction Resources Management

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Concrete Mixer Operator to join our team at Construction Resources Management in Southeastern Wisconsin. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in road, highway, and bridge construction, with the potential for a sign-on bonus of $250 paid 2 weeks after hire and another $250 paid after 13 weeks of work.

The Role: As a Volumetric Mixer Operator, you will be responsible for operating a Mobile Concrete Mixer mounted on a truck, producing measured amounts of fresh material when and where it is needed. This role requires excellent mechanical aptitude, as you will be responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and assisting in repairing equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
• A Class A CDL required to operate this equipment
• Punctuality and dependability
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and variable weather conditions
• Membership or willingness to become a member of a Local Operators Union
