Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled General Laborer to join our team at Construction Resources Management. As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance tasks, including sweeping, yard and shop upkeep/maintenance, grinding, operating a forklift where needed, and assisting with tracking inventory.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks, including sweeping, yard and shop upkeep/maintenance, grinding, operating a forklift where needed, and assisting with tracking inventory.
- Assist with tracking inventory and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Work in all departments, including Small Engine, Wood Fabrication, Steel Fabrication, Shipping & Receiving.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be punctual and dependable.
- Be able to tolerate and work in variable weather conditions, and work in dirty and dusty environments.
- Good attitude with an open mind and willingness to learn.
- Team player.
- Able to follow directions, efficient, and safe.
