Position Summary:
Our client is an industry leading Heavy Civil Contractor who is confidentially searching for a sharp Heavy Civil Project Manager to join their team located near Bowling Green, KY. Annual company revenues will hit $75 million this year and they have been in business over 20 years.
\*Base salary ranges from $120,000 to $160,000 base salary (based on experience), 5 figure performance bonus 100% family medical coverage, relocation assistance, 401k match, paid vacation, truck allowance or vehicle, gas card, disability insurance, vision, pto, dental, sick leave and holidays as well as a great working environment along with many other perks.
Projects include all areas of commercial and industrial earthwork and underground utilities.
Power plant or Industrial/Manufacturing project experience is a plus.
Experience needed:
* Scheduling experience with Procore or P6 a plus.
*Experience with Microsoft Office a plus.
* 5 years of Heavy Civil Project Manager experience on commercial and industrial earthwork and underground utility projects.
*Project Manager is an in office position with occasional site visits.
*All company projects are within a 3 hour driving radius of Bowling Green, KY.
*Project experience with power plants or Industrial experience a plus.
* Good communicator
* Representing the company in a positive and professional manner
* Team player
