Construction Supply & Erection, Inc. (CSE) is a structural steel and architectural façade subcontractor in the Wisconsin construction market.
CSE fabricates and installs structural steel, furnishes and installs joist and deck, and miscellaneous steel.
The job duties of this position are :
- Work with department head to bid desired projects.
- Prepare estimates and final bids for all bidding opportunities.
- Follow up on all bids to turn bids into sales.
- Manage all phases of the projects that are sold, from shop drawing to material procurement to assisting in scheduling installers to project completion.
- Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings. Work with customers and designers to resolve problems encountered.
The ideal candidate will be outgoing and self-motivated, will have an understanding of structural systems, will have worked in the construction industry for at least 3-5 years. This person will have ability to read structural drawings and perform take offs. This person will have a history of successful sales, and / or project management. A college degree is preferred but not required.
