Position Overview
As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and placing healthcare professionals in various roles within our organization. This hybrid position allows for a flexible work environment with a mix of remote and in-office responsibilities, based out of Atlanta, GA. The candidate must live in Atlanta metro area.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract high-quality healthcare professionals.
- Source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach via passive recruiting.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Maintain an up-to-date applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular recruitment reports.
- Stay informed about healthcare industry trends, licensing requirements, and talent acquisition best practices.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, industry partners, and professional organizations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2 years in healthcare recruitment required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, credentials, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions.
