Project Finance Analyst – Community Solar IPP
I'm partnered with a leading Community Solar (IPP) with over 20 years in the industry and projects in 20 states. This is a unique opportunity for a junior candidate to gain hands-on experience in project finance with significant career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project financing, M&A, and capital markets transactions
- Assist in financial modeling, due diligence, and deal structuring
- Work with internal teams across development, legal, and asset management
- Engage with lenders, tax equity investors, and other financial partners
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in finance, investment banking, or renewables
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Passion for renewable energy and project finance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
