Network Manager

We are seeking a Network Manager to lead a mid-sized engineering team in a fast paced environment . You’ll leverage your Cisco expertise and strong leadership skills to manage network operations, drive client satisfaction, and ensure optimal network performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of 8 engineers, providing support and guidance.
• Network Oversight: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructures, focusing on Cisco technologies.
• Client Engagement: Act as a key contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring high service levels.
• Project Management: Lead network projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Technical Expertise: Troubleshoot complex issues and guide technical solutions with Cisco equipment.
• Documentation: Maintain network documentation and provide performance reports.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) preferred.
• Experience: 5 years in network management with a focus on Cisco, including leadership in a managed services setting.
• Skills: Strong Cisco technical skills, people management experience, and project management abilities.
• Client Focus: Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver excellent service.
