We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Project Manager to lead and oversee the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (ERP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering Oracle Fusion Financials projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives, compliance requirements, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Procurement, etc.).
- Develop and manage project plans, scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate with finance, IT, and executive stakeholders to define and align project objectives.
- Oversee data migration, system configurations, and financial process transformations in Oracle Fusion.
- Manage Oracle quarterly updates, patching strategies, and system enhancements to ensure business continuity.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Act as the primary liaison between finance teams, IT departments, Oracle consultants, and external vendors.
- Facilitate regular status meetings, risk assessments, and executive steering committee updates.
- Ensure clear documentation and communication of financial system changes and impacts.
- Provide guidance on change management strategies to support system adoption across finance teams.
Risk Management & Compliance
- Identify and mitigate risks related to financial system integrations, compliance, and security.
- Ensure adherence to SOX, IFRS, GAAP, and other financial reporting standards in all project phases.
- Oversee the testing, validation, and UAT processes to ensure financial data integrity and accuracy.
Post-Go-Live Support & Continuous Improvement
- Develop and manage post-go-live support and stabilization plans.
- Work closely with finance teams to refine reporting, reconciliation, and financial close processes.
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations for financial workflows and automation.
- Lead Oracle Fusion Financials training and knowledge-sharing sessions for end users and finance teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in ERP project management, with at least 5 years managing Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Tax, and Procurement.
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Experience managing data migration, integrations, and financial reporting transformations in Oracle Fusion.
- Strong understanding of SOX compliance, financial audit requirements, and risk management.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Oracle Financials reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, Oracle Analytics Cloud).
- Experience with third-party financial software integrations, including banking, tax, and payroll systems.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or Oracle Cloud Financials certifications are a plus.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience leading multi-entity, multi-currency financial cloud implementations.
- Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware tools.
- Background in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and automation in Oracle Cloud environments.
