Job Description:
Our client is expanding their small tech team and seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance their custom CRM environment, specifically leveraging Litify. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to configure, maintain, and optimize the Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless business operations. You will be responsible for managing user access, automating workflows, maintaining data integrity, and overseeing security configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, maintain, and enhance the Salesforce platform,.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Develop and automate workflows, process builder configurations, and approval processes to improve efficiency.
• Oversee integrations with external systems using APIs.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing user support.
• Maintain data cleanliness through de-duplication, validation rules, and best practices.
• Assist with reports, dashboards, and data analytics to support business insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
• Expertise in managing Salesforce workflows, automation, and security configurations.
• Experience with user management, permission sets, and profiles.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, SOQL, and data management best practices.
• Strong understanding of Experience Cloud and its functionalities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across teams.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with DevOps methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (a plus but not required).
