Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, maintain, and enhance the Salesforce platform,.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Develop and automate workflows, process builder configurations, and approval processes to improve efficiency.
- Oversee integrations with external systems using APIs.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing user support.
- Maintain data cleanliness through de-duplication, validation rules, and best practices.
- Assist with reports, dashboards, and data analytics to support business insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
- Expertise in managing Salesforce workflows, automation, and security configurations.
- Experience with user management, permission sets, and profiles.
- Knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, SOQL, and data management best practices.
- Strong understanding of Experience Cloud and its functionalities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across teams.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with DevOps methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (a plus but not required).
