Job Description:
Our client is looking for a System Administrator & Helpdesk Technician who will deliver top-notch IT support, ensure optimal system performance, and provide exceptional customer service. This position combines helpdesk expertise with system administration tasks, requiring a technically proficient individual who thrives in problem-solving and enjoys collaborating with end-users. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring seamless daily operations throughout the organization. Success in this role hinges on strong problem-solving abilities, keen attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical users. This role does require person to be onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays every week.

Required Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in helpdesk support, IT support, and system administration.
- Proficient in using helpdesk and remote support tools.
- Strong troubleshooting expertise in Windows desktop and server environments.
- Experience with Active Directory management, O365 administration, and user account provisioning.
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts such as IP addressing, DNS, and VPNs.
BonSoft Skills:
- Preferred: BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Familiarity with desktop and server operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux is a plus).
- Application support experience, including troubleshooting enterprise software.
- Strong customer-service orientation and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Willingness to provide after-hours support when required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
