Desktop Support Technician

ConsultNet is seeking a Tier 1 Support Technician to provide intermediate-level maintenance and support for desktop and laptop computers. This role involves identifying and resolving customer issues, as well as installing and configuring both software and hardware.
Requirements:
- Associate Degree in Computer Maintenance Technology, Computer Help Desk Specialist, Computer Network Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution, or
- Relevant experience in an IT technical environment, including installation, configuration, support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of personal computers and hardware.
- Basic understanding of PC networking concepts and terminology, with familiarity in Windows Active Directory.
- Experience with LCD projectors and TVs/monitors.
- Basic knowledge of setup, support, and maintenance for printers and plotters.
- Proficient in installing, configuring, supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Project.
