• Build and nurture relationships with external IT partners and service providers.
• Oversee and guide a group of IT specialists, fostering their professional growth.
• Generate and present performance metrics and reports to key stakeholders, including senior management.
• Develop and execute strategies for business continuity to minimize disruptions during emergencies or data incidents.
• Analyze IT infrastructure and systems to evaluate performance metrics, operating costs, and areas for improvement.
• Set up and oversee the IT infrastructure encompassing domain services, email systems, firewalls, VPNs, network configurations, telephony, helpdesk software, user access, multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, and conferencing tools.
• Collaborate with information security leadership to establish and enforce security measures in relevant areas.
• Drive team initiatives and serve as a liaison for collaborative projects across departments.
• Innovate solutions to tackle immediate and long-term challenges, enhancing the overall IT experience for the organization.
• Create and maintain detailed asset inventories.
• Assess and manage tasks based on team goals and leadership expectations.
• Set standards for operational efficiency and provide insights for enhancing IT infrastructure.
• Engage in IT security audits and investigations as necessary.
• Formulate and spearhead the execution of comprehensive IT strategic plans.
• Design and manage the Microsoft environment, including the implementation of necessary security measures.

• 10 years experience with the following
• Windows, VPN, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Active Directory, helpdesk ticketing solutions
• Firewalls, DNS, Network routing
