Job description:
Have good verbal and written communication skills in English. This is essential for smooth coordination and interaction with our team and employees.Experience with Windows support is crucial. Specifically, in connecting and disconnecting computers to Windows domain/Entra. This is a key part of the project.
The main tasks will involve scheduling time with employees, verifying that all their files, bookmarks, etc., are backed up to OneDrive. Once that's done, they'll need to disconnect the laptop from our on-premise domain, update their groups, and connect them to the Entra network.
Requirements:
Troubleshooting is required to resolve any issues that arise. This includes reconnecting OneDrive, importing bookmarks, and ensuring everything is running smoothly.
Focused on performing this process for hundreds of computers, good with repetitive tasks.
Strong collaboration skills to make any adjustments to the process, and perform the required document for any issues for escalation.
