Pay Rate: $80-$110 per hour

We have a client with a multiple-year project for an experienced Project Manager doing Core banking conversions from start to finish. This full time project has work-life balance and a set schedule of working 4 days onsite and 1 day remotely. (No exceptions)

Job Description : This is an experienced Project Manager who has completed several Core banking conversions hands-on.

Required Skills :

• Prior experience as a Program/Project Manager for core banking conversions is required.

• Must have led multiple core banking conversions across different banks.

• Hands-on experience with core banking platforms such as FIS, Jack Henry, CSI, or Client.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the full core conversion lifecycle, including:

  • Vendor analysis and selection

  • Solution design and validation

  • Integration planning

  • Contract negotiation

  • Execution of full conversion, migration, and integrations

  • Post-conversion activities and success measurement

• Assertive consultant style to get things done without a title
