What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Sales Analyst position at ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions?
The Senior Sales Analyst will be responsible for providing critical support to our clients sales channel. This role will focus on accruals, modeling, and related tasks to inform decisions regarding sales compensation adjustments.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain accurate financial models to assess the impact of proposed changes to sales compensation plans
- Calculate accruals and other financial metrics related to sales compensation
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations
- Collaborate with sales leadership and finance teams to ensure alignment and support decision-making
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales compensation and financial analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a sales organization
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis techniques
- SQL Experience/knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
