Pay Range: $40.00 -$55.00 / Salary Target: $100K - $120K

Job Description:
We are seeking a Python Web/API Developer to manage data interchange between servers and users, focusing on developing efficient server-side logic for high-performance, responsive applications. Security is crucial, as you'll handle sensitive data exchanges with customers and then you will write reusable code, design low-latency, high-availability applications, implementing security measures, and integrating various data storage solutions.

Required Skills:

• 3 years of recent hands-on, near exclusive Python development experience
• Django and/or Flask
• ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries expertise
• Multiple data sources and databases integration into one system experience
• Expertise securing APIs, including the use of authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT), encryption, and mitigating common vulnerabilities (e.g., injection attacks, cross-site scripting)
• Event-driven programming in Python

• Experience with user/non-user authentication and authorization systems across multiple platforms.
• Good understanding of server-side templating languages
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Understanding of accessibility and security compliance
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Strong unit test and debugging skills
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
• Knowledge of other core languages such as React.js, Rust, C , and others
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other related field
